30 Day Walk Like Yahusha Walked

Day 4 — Walking in the Light by Knowing Your Source

Read • Reflect • Palal • Practice

Phase 1

The Formation of the Governed Life

A 10-day foundation of learning to walk as Yahusha walked — through alignment, obedience, and love.

Study Focus

Primary Scripture: Yahuhanan (John) 8:12–29

Theme: Yahusha as the Light — the revealed order of Yahuah

Daily Posture: Learning to walk from above-source alignment instead of reacting from the flesh

Read

Read the passage slowly. Let the Light expose what is true before you interpret it.

Truth Scriptures

Yahuhanan (John) 8:12–29

“I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness but will have the Light of Life in them.”

“You judge according to the flesh, based on human standards. I judge no one., But even if I do judge, My judgments are true because I am not alone. My judgments come from Me and from the Father who sent Me.”

“Therefore, Yahusha said to them, " When the Son of Man is lifted up, then you shall know that Ahyah Ashar Ahyah!' meaning I AM that I AM, The Living ALUAH." Then you shall know that I do nothing on My own, but I say just what the Father has taught Me.”

“He who sent Me is with Me. He does not leave Me by Myself, because I always please Him.”

Yahusha declares Himself the Light of the world, revealing that life is not guided by human judgment, but by alignment with the Father.

In Hebrew thought, light is not information—it is revealed order and direction. Darkness is not ignorance, but misalignment.

Yahusha shows that to follow Him is to walk in that order, not to live from reaction, assumption, or self-direction.

Reflect

Yahusha reveals that true judgment flows from union with the Father, not independence. Those who judge according to the flesh evaluate by surface—appearance, status, or assumption— but Yahusha walks from source.

Key Hebrew thought insights:

  • Light = revealed order, not information
  • Darkness = misalignment, not ignorance
  • “From above” = living from Yahuah’s authority
  • “From below” = reacting from self and the world
  • True judgment flows from alignment, not opinion
  • Yahusha operates as a faithful shalíach, a sent agent
  • To know, yada, is relational, not intellectual
  • Obedience reveals identity and authority

Yahusha walks perfectly because He knows His source, His Sender, and His purpose. This is the pattern of a life governed by Yahuah.

Questions to Consider

  • Am I responding from alignment or reacting from the flesh?
  • Where am I judging by appearance instead of truth?
  • Do I recognize the Father’s will when it is revealed?
  • Am I living from above—or being pulled by what is below?

Palal

Yahuah, You are the Source of light and truth. Expose where I have been walking in misalignment.

Remove from me the impulse to react, to judge by what I see, and to move from myself.

Teach me to walk in Your Light. Align my will with Yours as Yahusha did.

Let my life reflect Your order, and let my obedience show that I know You. I choose to walk from above and not from below. Ahlaluyah.

Practice

Today, pause before reacting and ask:

“Am I walking from above, or reacting from below?”

Identify one hidden thing—a thought, fear, or pattern you have avoided. Bring it into the Light before Yahuah without excuse or condemnation.

Ask: “What is true according to You?” Then take one aligned step—confess, forgive, release control, or choose truth over concealment.

“I walk in the Light of Life. What is hidden will no longer govern me.”

Day 4 Closing Thought

To walk like Yahusha is to live from the Light of Yahuah’s will— not from the judgments of the flesh.
