Custom language designs are created from the spelling, symbols, and references supplied or approved by the customer. Because historical scripts, transliteration systems, and modern pictographic interpretations may vary, Truest-Worship does not present custom artwork as an independent linguistic certification. You are shown the design before production so the wording and forms can be approved.

CUSTOM DESIGN & USAGE AGREEMENT

Your design request, payment, and store usage

By submitting a Custom Picto + Paleo request, you confirm that you have the right to provide and authorize the use of any words, symbols, images, artwork, references, or other materials included in your request.

Any original layout, artwork, adaptation, merchandise design, or other creative work developed by Truest-Worship Music Publishing LLC / Truest-Worship as part of fulfilling your request remains the property of Truest-Worship unless a separate written exclusivity agreement has been made.

Custom designs are not automatically exclusive. By approving a completed design, you acknowledge that Truest-Worship may display, reproduce, modify, promote, manufacture, and offer the resulting design or related merchandise for sale through the Truest-Worship store, website, social media, advertising, or other sales channels.

Your purchase gives you the right to receive and use the merchandise you purchase. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying Truest-Worship-created design or grant exclusive rights to that design. Truest-Worship will not knowingly claim ownership of pre-existing artwork or intellectual property supplied by the customer.

Payment is required before production. Truest-Worship does not begin production or incur fulfillment costs on behalf of a customer before the required payment has been received. Depending on the complexity of the request, custom artwork development may also require a non-refundable design fee before design work begins. Any required fee or full purchase amount will be communicated before payment is requested.

I understand that I am responsible for reviewing and approving the wording, symbols, and mockup before production. I understand and agree that custom designs created by Truest-Worship are not exclusive unless otherwise agreed in writing and may later be displayed, promoted, reproduced, or sold by Truest-Worship. I confirm that I have permission to submit any materials or references included with my request. I understand that submitting this form is a request, not an order. Payment is required before production, and a non-refundable design fee may be required before custom artwork development begins.
