DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads (music files, study content) are delivered electronically via email or your account — no shipping applies. You'll receive access instructions immediately after purchase. Digital products are not subject to any shipping fees.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Print-on-Demand)
All physical merchandise (apparel, mugs, canvases, and other goods) is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships
- Domestic (US) delivery: 3–7 business days after production
- International delivery: 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination
Total estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days (US) | 10–28 business days (International)
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents. Orders containing both digital and physical items will only incur shipping charges for physical goods.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Because our products are fulfilled by different print partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to over 90 countries worldwide. Please note:
- Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
- Truest-Worship Music is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
