At Truest-Worship Music Publishing LLC, we strive to provide worship music, studies, books, apparel, and resources that encourage a deeper walk with Yahuah. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to provide a fair resolution.
Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will evaluate the situation promptly and work to make it right.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales of digital content are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital music downloads
- Worship studies
- Printable companion guides
- Digital journals
- eBooks
- Other downloadable resources
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We are happy to assist you in obtaining the content you purchased.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Many of our apparel and merchandise are produced specifically for each order.
Returns are accepted for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly manufactured
- Different from what was ordered
Returns based solely on ordering the wrong size, color, or design selection may not be eligible unless required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible physical item needs to be exchanged, please contact us first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible physical products.
These rights generally do not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your consent.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
