Quiet Authority Governance Installed
Quiet Authority: Governance Installed

Day 1

The Throne and Rightful Rule

Opening Understanding

Before wilderness, testing, obedience, or stewardship, the first question of governance must be answered: who has the right to rule?

Quiet Authority begins with rightful rule. It begins when the heart recognizes that YAHUAH is not trying to become sovereign. He already is.

His throne is not reactive, threatened, or unstable. It is established before disorder speaks.

The Question

A person may receive truth and still allow fear, reaction, self-protection, timing, or offense to govern the inner life.

Who sits on the throne of your heart?

Read the Witness

These three witnesses establish the pattern of rightful rule: the throne already exists, human authority resists, and YAHUAH establishes covenant authority.

Hazun 4

The Throne Established

“Then I saw a throne in Heaven, and someone was sitting on the throne.”

Reveal Full Scripture

After these things happened, I looked and saw a door that had been opened in Heaven. The first Voice that I heard, which sounded like a trumpet speaking with me, said to me, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.”

At once, I was in the Spirit. Then I saw a throne in Heaven, and someone was sitting on the throne. The One sitting on the throne had the appearance of a jasper and ruby stone, and there was a rainbow around the throne that looked like an emerald.

Twenty-four thrones, with twenty-four elders seated on them, surrounded the main throne. The elders were dressed in white clothing, and they had gold crowns on their heads.

Lightning, voices, and thunder came from the throne. In front of the throne were seven flaming torches, which are the seven Spirits of Aluah. Also, something like a glass sea of crystal was in front of the throne.

In the center of the throne were four living creatures covered with eyes in the front and back. The first living creature was a lion. The second living creature was like a calf. The third living creature had a face like a man. And the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle.

Each of the four living creatures had six wings, and each wing was covered with eyes all around the outside and inside. They never rest during the day or during the night. They keep saying, “Set-Apart, Set-Apart, Set-Apart, is the Master YAHUAH, the Al Shaddiy, who was, and who is, and who is to come.”

The living creatures kept praising, honoring, and thanking the One who was sitting on the throne and who lives forever and ever. As the living creatures were doing this, the twenty-four elders would kneel down before the One sitting on the throne.

And as they worshipped the One who lives forever, they would place their crowns in front of the throne and say, “Our Master and our Aluah, You are worthy to receive esteem, honor, and power. You created everything, and everything that is created came into existence because of Your will.”

Tahliym 2

Authority Challenged

“Why do the nations rebel? Why do the people devise plots that will fail?”

Reveal Full Scripture

Why do the nations rebel? Why do the people devise plots that will fail? The kings of the earth come together united. The rulers strategize together against YAHUAH and against His anointed king.

They say, “Let us break the chains they have put on us. Let us free ourselves from their ropes.”

The One who sits on His Throne in Heaven laughs. The Master taunts them. Then He speaks to them in His wrath, and He terrifies them with His rage.

He says, “It is I who has set My king on My Set-Apart Hill of Tsiyun.” The king says, “I will announce YAHUAH’s Decree. YAHUAH said to me, ‘You are My son. Today I have become your Father.’”

Ask Me, and I shall give you the nations as your inheritance and the ends of the earth as your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron. You shall smash them into pieces like a potter’s jar.

So now, you kings, do what is wise. You rulers of the earth, submit to correction. Serve YAHUAH with righteous fear, and rejoice with full respect. Show respect to His son. Otherwise, YAHUAH may become angry and suddenly destroy you. However, He favors and protects all who take refuge in Him.

2 Shamual 7

Authority Entrusted

“Your house and your reign shall stand firm before you forever.”

Reveal Full Scripture

Now tell My servant Duyid, “This is what YAHUAH of Hosts says: I took you from the field, from watching over sheep, and made you ruler over My people, Yisharal. I have been with you everywhere you have gone, and I have removed all your enemies ahead of you.”

“I shall make your name great, like the names of the great ones on the earth. I shall give My people, Yisharal, a place of their own and plant them there. They shall live in peace, and they shall not be disturbed anymore.”

“Evil people shall no longer trouble them like they did in the beginning, since the day I appointed judges over My people, Yisharal. I have given you rest from all your enemies. Now I, YAHUAH, am declaring to you that I shall make a house for you.”

“When your time is complete and you rest with your ancestors, I shall raise up your descendant from your own body, and I shall establish his reign. He shall build a House for My Name, and I shall establish the throne of his kingdom forever.”

“I shall be like a Father to him, and he shall be like a son to Me. If he does wrong, I shall correct him using the rod of human discipline. Other people shall be My whips. However, My kindness shall not turn away from him, as I turned it away from Sha’ul, whom I removed from before you.”

“Your house and your reign shall stand firm before you forever. Your throne shall be securely established forever.”

The Pattern

Hazun begins with the throne. Tahliym shows the nations resisting the throne. 2 Shamual shows YAHUAH establishing covenant authority through Duyid’s house.

The heart must learn this same order: rightful rule must be recognized before faithful stewardship can be entrusted.

Reflect

01

Hidden Thrones

What has been governing my responses without permission?

02

Emotional Rule

Where have I mistaken urgency, fear, or offense for authority?

03

Rightful Rule

Where is YAHUAH asking me to return to settled trust?

Palal

Ahba, establish Your rightful rule within me.

Search the hidden thrones. Remove every ruler that competes with Your authority. If fear has spoken louder than trust, silence it. If offense has demanded reaction, bring it under order.

Teach me quiet authority. Let my responses come from alignment, not panic. From obedience, not striving. From trust, not self-protection.

Ahlaluyah.

All governance begins with a throne.
The heart must recognize who has the right to rule.
