Ordered, Sealed, Set Apart — Day 4

Follow

The remnant follows the Lamb wherever He goes. In Hebraic thought, following is not admiration from a distance. It is obedient walking.

The remnant follows Yahusha through obedient walking, not verbal agreement.

Opening Understanding

Hazun describes the remnant as those who follow the Lamb wherever He goes.

This is not passive belief. It is not emotional admiration. It is not agreement without movement.

To follow in Hebraic thought means to walk the same path, receive the same instruction, yield to the same authority, and let obedience become visible in the life.

Read

Hazun 14:4

They had not been defiled by women. They are spiritual virgins, and they follow the Lamb wherever He goes. They have been redeemed from humanity as the first fruits of Aluah and the Lamb.

Dabariym 10:12

And now, Yisharal, what does YAHUAH, your Aluah, ask of you? He asks you to fear and honor YAHUAH, your Aluah, to walk in all His Ways, to love Him, and to serve YAHUAH, your Aluah, with all your heart and with all your soul.

Miykiyahu 6:8

YAHUAH has already told you what is good. He has told you exactly what He wants from you. Do what is right to other people. Love and be kind to others. Live humbly and trust Him.

Tahliym 1

Favored is the person who does not follow the advice of the wicked, nor stand in the pathway with sinners, or sits in the assembly of scoffers.

Instead, their delight is in the Law of YAHUAH. They meditate on His Commandments day and night.

They will be like a tree that is planted by the streams of water. It produces its fruit in season at the proper time, and its leaves do not wither. Whatever they do prospers.

However, it is not this way with the wicked. They are like chaff which the wind blows away.

Therefore, the wicked cannot withstand judgment, nor are sinners allowed to join the assembly of the righteous.

YAHUAH knows the ways of the righteous, but the ways of the wicked end in destruction.

Yisha’Aiyahu 30:21

If you go the wrong way, to the right or to the left, you will hear a Voice behind you saying, “This is the way. This is the way you should go.”

1 Yahuhanan 2:6

The one who says they are in Him must live in the same way He lived.

Yahuhanan 10:27

My sheep hear My Voice. I know them, and they follow Me.

Matatiyahu 16:24–25

Then Yahusha said to His disciples, “If any person wants to follow Me, they must not put themselves first. They must pick up their stake first and then follow Me.

Whoever wants to focus on saving their lives here on earth will lose their lives. However, anyone who loses their life because of Me will find their life.”

Hebraic Thought Restoration

Following is movement under authority.

A person can admire Yahusha and still resist His path. A person can speak His Name and still refuse His pattern. But the remnant is described as following wherever He goes.

This means their walk is not self-directed. Their obedience is not selective. Their steps are governed by the Lamb they follow.

Hear

Receive

The sheep hear His voice. Following begins with receiving instruction rightly.

Yield

Submit

The path of Yahusha requires surrendered will, not self-governed agreement.

Walk

Obey

The remnant does not only recognize the Lamb. They move where He leads.

Following Is Not Admiration

Admiration can remain at a distance. Following cannot.

To admire Yahusha is to appreciate His way. To follow Yahusha is to come under His way until the walk changes.

Admiration says, “That is true.” Following says, “Govern me by it.”
Admiration watches the path. Following enters the path.
Admiration can remain emotional. Following becomes obedient.
Admiration can speak of Yahusha. Following walks as Yahusha walked.

Two or Three Witnesses

The command to walk in the ways of Yahuah is not new in Hazun. The Ta'anak repeatedly calls the covenant people to walk in His ways, and the Bariyt Hadash reveals Yahusha as the pattern of that walk.

Ta'anak Witness: Yahuah calls His people to walk in His ways, walk humbly, and remain on the path of instruction.
Bariyt Hadash Witness: Whoever says he remains in Yahusha must walk as He walked.
Hazun Witness: The remnant follows the Lamb wherever He goes.

Reflect

Do I admire Yahusha’s walk, or do I imitate it?
Where am I asking for direction while resisting instruction?
Do I follow only where the path feels safe?
Where has verbal agreement replaced obedient movement?
What would it look like to follow Yahusha in my thoughts, speech, reactions, and decisions today?

Palal

Yahuah,

Teach me to follow Yahusha in truth.

Do not let me admire obedience while resisting the path.

Govern my steps, my thoughts, my speech, and my reactions.

Where I have agreed with Your Word but delayed my walk, correct me.

Make my life obedient, not merely expressive.

Train me to walk wherever You lead.

Ahlaluyah.

Practice

Today, choose one place where you already know instruction has been given, but obedience has been delayed.

Follow in your speech: answer with humility instead of defense.
Follow in your thoughts: reject the pattern that leads you away from trust.
Follow in your reactions: pause before moving from offense.
Follow in your choices: obey the instruction already made clear.

Ask: Where is Yahusha leading me that I have only been admiring from a distance?

Following the Lamb is not proven by what we say about Him. It is witnessed by the path we are willing to walk under His authority.
