Ma’ashiym 10:34–35
“Hearing this,Kapa said,"I now truly understand that Aluah does not show partiality to one group of people over another. Instead, anyone from any nation who worships Him, fearss Him, and lives righteously is accepted by Him.”
How Aluah Reveals This Trait in Scripture
Aluah’s justice is never emotional instability disguised as judgment.
His judgments are rooted in His character. Because His character does not shift, His judgments are trustworthy.
Dabariym calls Him The Rock. Stable. Steady. Reliable. His work is perfect because His ways are right-ruling. This means justice is not something He occasionally does. Justice flows from who He is.
Mashaliym shows that Aluah values righteousness and right judgment over outward religious action. This reveals something critical: He is not impressed by performance without alignment.
In the Bariyt Hadash, Rumaiym makes the standard plain: there is no partiality with Aluah.
He does not bend justice because of familiarity. He does not alter truth because of status. He does not excuse disorder because of appearance, title, or emotional preference.
Hazun confirms that His ways are righteous and true. Ma’ashiym reinforces that He shows no favoritism.
This means His justice is not revenge. It is right judgment according to established truth.
Day 3 showed us His patience. Day 4 shows us that patience does not cancel justice. Justice remains because His character remains.
Hebrew Thought Anchor: Justice is character expressed through right judgment.
Reflect
Do I trust Aluah’s justice, or do I secretly believe His judgments are unfair?
Have I expected favoritism because of familiarity, emotion, or my own perspective?
Do I apply different standards to myself than I expect from others?
Where am I relying on appearance instead of righteous judgment?
Palal
Aluah, establish Your justice in my heart.
Remove favoritism from me. Remove emotional distortion. Remove uneven standards.
Teach me to trust that Your judgments are right because Your character is right. Where I have accused You internally of unfairness, correct my understanding.
Let me love truth more than comfort. Let me value right judgment over appearances. Let my heart reflect Your steadiness.
Govern me according to Your righteousness, Yahuah.
Practice
Examine one area today where your judgment has been inconsistent.
Ask yourself:
• Am I applying a different standard to myself?
• Have I shown favoritism?
• Have emotion or familiarity distorted my judgment?
Choose one act of honest correction that reflects righteous judgment.
