Ta’anak
Barashiyt 22:14
“Abarahm called the name of the place, Yahuah Yira'ah, and to this day it is called, On the mountain where Yahuah provides.”
Tahliym 23
“Yahuah is my Shepherd; I do not lack anything. He allows me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for the sake of His Name. Even When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, because You are with me. Your Rod and Your Staff, they comfort me. You prepare a banquet for me in the presence of my enemies. You have anointed my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of Yahuah forever.”
Bariyt Hadashah
Matatiyahu 6:25–34
“Do not worry about what you will eat or what you will drink, or what you will wear on your body. Isn't life more than just food and your body more than just clothes? Look at the birds in the sky. They do not sow or harvest or gather crops into barns, yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they are? Therefore, Seek His Kingdom and His righteousness first, then all these things will be given to you. Stop worrying about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Piyliyipiyniym 4:19
“My Aluah will supply everything you need according to His riches through the esteem of Yahuah Mashiyha.”
Ya’aqab 1:17
“Whatever is good and perfect comes from Aluah. He is the Father of all Light, He shines forever without change or variation.”
How Aluah Reveals This Trait in Scripture
Aluah’s provision is not random giving.
His provision is part of His governance. He sustains what He establishes. He supplies what is needed for obedience, movement, endurance, and formation.
In Barashiyt, Abarahm names the place according to what Yahuah revealed: Yahuah provides. The provision came within obedience, testing, and trust.
This shows that provision is not detached from alignment. It appears within the place where Yahuah’s instruction is being followed.
Tahliym 23 reveals provision as shepherding. The Shepherd provides rest, direction, restoration, protection, correction, comfort, and table-setting. Provision is not only material. It includes guidance, protection, restoration, and right paths.
In Matatiyahu, Yahusha corrects anxiety by pointing to the Father’s care. But He also gives order: Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. Provision is connected to priority.
Piyliyipiyniym confirms that Aluah fills need according to His riches in esteem. Ya’aqab reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from above.
This means provision reveals His character as a sustaining Father. He does not call His people into alignment and then abandon them without what is needed.
Hebrew Thought Anchor: Provision is not indulgence. Provision is what sustains obedience, order, and assigned function.
Reflect
Do I recognize provision beyond material things?
Where has Aluah already provided instruction, correction, rest, or direction that I overlooked?
Am I seeking provision without seeking His reign and righteousness first?
What need am I anxious about that must be brought back under trust?
Palal
Aluah, teach me to trust You as Provider.
Open my eyes to the ways You have already sustained me. Let me not reduce provision to material increase alone.
Thank You for instruction. Thank You for correction. Thank You for rest. Thank You for protection. Thank You for what You have supplied for my obedience.
Bring my priorities into order. Let me seek Your reign and righteousness first. Remove anxiety that rises from divided trust.
Shepherd me in Your provision, Yahuah.
Practice
Today, write down three ways Aluah has provided that were not simply financial or material.
Consider:
• correction that protected you
• instruction that redirected you
• rest that sustained you
• wisdom that kept you from disorder
• relationships that supported alignment
Then choose one area of anxiety and bring it back under trust.
