“Brothers and Sisters, through the compassion of Aluah, I encourage you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice that is set -apart and pleasing to Aluah. This is your appropriate service to Him.”
“ Do not be conformed to the ways of this world, Instead, be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove those things that are good, acceptable, and the perfect will of Aluah.”
Present your body as a living offering. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, proving what is good and complete in Aluah.
This is not inspiration — it is reordering.

Aluah, I present myself to You — mind, body, and will. Remove the patterns shaped by fear, urgency, and self-protection.
Renew my understanding and align my thoughts with Your will. Teach me to pause where I used to react, to yield where I used to insist, and to walk in obedience over comfort.
Establish my mind in Your truth so that my life reflects Your order.
